Homeowners Association

To ensure our residents’ property values, a not for profit Thorpe Creek Homeowners Association has been incorporated and will oversee the affairs of the community. This HOA shall be operated by Precedent Residential Development until 75% of the homesites have been sold to homeowners at which point the homeowners shall then take over the management functions of the Association.

An Architectural Standards Committee (ASC) has been established and will be responsible for reviewing, approving or denying all existing property owner improvement requests such as fences, painting, home exterior property changes or remodels, etc.

The annual Homeowners Association dues shall be set by the Board of Directors so that all common area landscaping, fences, walking trails, lakes, amenity center pool, park and improvements can be maintained in an upscale manner.

Annual dues for 2010 are TBD per home site and will be reviewed annually and may be increased as more accurate expenses are incurred. The dues will increase upon completion of the pool and clubhouse. The Overlook at Thorpe Creek will consist of 61 home sites with an optional low maintenance package. Maintenance dues for The Overlook are TBD per quarter in 2010 and includes individual lot maintenance and snow removal.
